South County Outreach has served neighbors in need since 1989, growing from a small food cupboard into a trusted community resource offering a choice-based pantry, housing support, and case management. We meet people during moments of transition—job loss, rising costs, or unexpected bills—ensuring short-term hardship doesn’t become long-term crisis.
