Help Me Support Illumination Health + Home
I’m proud to support Illumination Health + Home, an organization dedicated to helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness find stability through housing and healthcare. Every day, they provide shelter, medical care, and critical support to people in need, helping them move from crisis to a place they can call home.
I invite you to join me.
Your donation, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
Thank you for your support 💛
Illumination Health + Home is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2008 with a mission to disrupt the cycle of homelessness by providing integrated housing and healthcare services to individuals, families, and children across Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire. We meet people where they are, and support them through the full journey from crisis to stability to permanent housing.
On April 22, our goal is to raise $20,000 for Help Them Home and help individuals and families take one step closer to a safe place to call home. These funds directly support individuals and families through services including housing support, medical and mental healthcare, substance use intervention, recuperative care, outreach, and childhood enrichment programming, with a focus on helping people obtain and maintain stable housing. These services fill a critical gap in the continuum of care for people experiencing homelessness.
Last year, Illumination served thousands of individuals across Southern California, including families, children, and individuals experiencing complex medical and housing needs.
