IT STARTS WITH HOME
In Orange County, as housing costs continue to rise, working families who are already stretched thin are being priced out of housing and pushed into instability and homelessness. This is not because they aren’t trying, but because affordable homes are disappearing.
WHAT DOES HOUSING MAKE POSSIBLE?
A safe, stable home provides more than shelter. When families have reliable housing, children do better in school, parents can focus on work, and families can plan for the future instead of simply surviving.
OUR IMPACT
Since 1977, Orange County Community Housing Corporation has been committed to providing safe, affordable housing to working families in Orange County. Today, we provide stable homes to more than 300 low-income families, and we’re working to create even more affordable housing opportunities across our community.
Beyond housing, our SteppingUP program helps families build long-term stability and opportunity through financial and homebuyer education and a college access program for students, supporting both economic mobility and educational success.
